What is Laser Therapy and how can it help my pet?

Laser therapy (“photobiomodulation”), is a non-invasive and fast-acting treatment that is tolerated really well by most dogs and is essentially side effect free!

It works on the principle of light energy reaching target tissues (joints and muscles in the case of arthritis) and decreasing inflammation and pain.
This treatment may be used alone or in conjunction with other treatment options such as Myofunctional therapy and is a great addition to an arthritis treatment plan.

It can also accelerate healing in damaged tissue, making it a great option post surgery.
